How much does Shipping Cost?

Shipping for small items is $7.90 (under 500 grams) and then a flat-rate, capped at $9.90 for all other orders, Australia wide. And Free Shipping when you order more than $85.

Do you have Free Shipping?

When you spend $85 or more free shipping will be automatically added to your order!

Or buy any Essential Oil Storage Box or Diffuser and get free shipping on your entire order! No other minimum spend applies! This free shipping code is automatically added to your cart.

How long does postage take?

Postage takes 4-7 working days within Australia once dispatched. Rural/remote areas may take a few days longer.

Postage for Perth orders will generally arrive in 2-3 days due to being local to us.

When do you send my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of a paid order. Pickups happen in the morning so your order from today will be packed tonight and picked up by couriers on the next business morning.

Occasionally we may have days when we receive many more orders than usual – during these peak periods dispatch may take an additional day however we do our best to dispatch next day.

You will receive an email once your order has been posted out. Didn’t get the email? Please contact us via email and include your order number.

Can I pick up?

Sure, we have free pickup available from Wangara, WA. The pickup option will be automatically added to your cart if you have a postcode that starts with a 6! An email will be sent to you once your package is ready for collection.

What happens if bottles are broken during postage?

We do everything to ensure that the bottles are well protected and packed. We pack them neatly and tightly in bubble wrap.

However, very rarely, due to a rough courier handler or journey, glass can break. When this happens we will refund the amounts for the broken bottles/rollers or offer to send you replacement ones with your next order, whichever you prefer.

To ensure the safest journey to you, we post the items with bubble wrap in cardboard boxes and affix fragile stickers on the outside packaging.
